Who We Are (The Short Version)

2Pines Upfitters is a custom van conversion company based in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. We've been building since 2018. Small crew, hands-on, and obsessively focused on quality. We convert Mercedes Sprinters and Ford Transits for both recreational and commercial use, and we design every build for four-season Canadian conditions.

We're booked 6-9 months out. We take extreme care andnd we build every van as if it were our own.

Our Process, Step by Step

1. First conversation. You reach out. We ask a lot of questions about how you'll use the van, who's traveling, what gear you carry, what your priorities are. This isn't a sales call. It's an interview (and you're interviewing us too).

2. Build queue. Your spot on the calendar is reserved with a deposit. The wait is typically 8-12 months, which gives you time to source your vehicle, finalize details, and prepare.

3. Design phase. We build your entire conversion in Fusion 360. Full 3D model. Every cabinet, every system, every component. You review it, we refine it, you approve it. Changes on screen are free. Changes mid-build are not. This is why we invest heavily here.

4. Final Spec sheet and pricing. Once the design is locked, you get a detailed spec sheet with every component listed and priced. No vague estimates. No "we'll figure it out as we go." The number we quote is the number we build to.

6. Fabrication. 8-16 weeks of hands-on build work. You'll get regular photo updates so you can see progress and flag anything that looks different from what you expected.

7. Quality check. Every system gets tested. Electrical, plumbing, heating, cabinetry fit and finish. We document everything.

8. Handover. We walk you through every system in person. How to operate everything, what to maintain, what to watch for. You leave understanding your van completely.

9. Welcome to the family. You're not a transaction. You're a member of the 2Pines community, and we're here if you need us after delivery.
