The Aleppo is our flagship layout, built on the Sprinter 144 chassis. Everything you need and nothing you don't. We took the best features from years of custom builds and turned them into a versatile, reliable van that's ready for anything you throw at it.

Core Build Package
3M SM600L Thinsulate + Kilmat acoustic mat, 1.5" rigid floor insulation, ComfortBoost-wrapped wall and ceiling panels.
Galley
Hand-built cabinetry, solid-surface countertop, sink, plumbed water.
Lighting
Dimmable zoned LED puck lighting with toe-kick accents.
Flooring + Anchoring
Lonseal vinyl flooring, aluminum-backed L-track at corners and seams.
Safety
Smoke + CO detection and fire extinguisher in every build.
Warranty
No major warranty claims in almost a decade. Post-delivery, you get the same phone number the shop uses for itself.
Electrical
Victron components, lithium battery bank, alternator + shore charging. Marine-grade wiring with smart fusing and remote diagnostics.
Heat
Espar diesel heater, upgradable to Rixens hydronic with hot water and heated floors.
Water
Simple, upgradable water system. Freeze-protected lines routed inside the insulated cabin, dedicated winterization valve.
Ventilation
Maxxair Deluxe ceiling fan with built-in rain guard.
Four Seasonal Palettes
Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Each is a curated combination of cabinetry, countertop, and upholstery colours, or we'll put together your own combination.

Aleppo Floor Plan FAQ
The Aleppo starts at $70,000 CAD. Across our lineup, standard custom builds run $50,000–$100,000 CAD, semi-custom $100,000–$150,000, and full custom $150,000–$350,000, depending on chassis, systems, and finishes. Your build sheet sets the final number before any work begins.
Typical build time is 8–12 weeks once your van is in our Prince Albert shop. We confirm the schedule when we lock your build sheet, and you get the same phone number the shop uses for itself the whole way through.
The Aleppo is designed around the Sprinter 144. We also build on the Mercedes Sprinter (144 and 170) and the Ford Transit, so we can adapt the layout to the chassis you own or want.
Yes. Every 2Pines build is hand-built and tested for Canadian winters down to −25 °C, with full thermal insulation, freeze-protected water lines routed inside the insulated cabin, and a diesel heater (upgradable to hydronic heat with heated floors).
We have had no major warranty claims in almost a decade of building. After delivery you reach us directly on the same phone number the shop uses for itself, so support comes straight from the people who built your van.
