FAQ

Custom Van Conversion Questions

How much does a custom van conversion cost?

Our custom camper van conversions range from $50,000 to $350,000 CAD, plus the chassis. A standard custom build runs $50,000–$100,000, semi-custom $100,000–$150,000, and full custom $150,000–$350,000. Every build gets a real estimate rather than a calculator guess.

How long does a build take?

Typical build time is 8–12 weeks once your van is in our Prince Albert, Saskatchewan shop. Timing depends on the complexity of your layout and systems, and we confirm a schedule with you before the build begins.

Which van chassis do you build on?

We build on the Mercedes Sprinter (144 and 170) and the Ford Transit. If you're not sure which chassis fits how you travel, we'll help you choose on the consultation call.

Are your vans built for winter and four-season use?

Yes. Every conversion is built and tested for Canadian winters down to −25 °C, with 3M Thinsulate insulation, freeze-protected water lines, and an Espar diesel heater rated to −40 °C. We build in Saskatchewan, so four-season capability isn't an afterthought.

Do I supply the van, or do you?

Either works. Many clients bring their own chassis, and we can also help you source the right van before the build. Whichever route you choose, we CAD-design the full layout in Fusion 360 and you approve the exact plan before we cut a single piece of wood.
