Looking to have your dollar go farther? Converting your Sprinter van north of the border is just as easy as working with a local company. We can deal with all of the logistics, including transportation and border paperwork.

You do. We can guide you on what to look for and help source a vehicle, but the van purchase is separate from the conversion. This keeps things transparent and gives you more control. We typically build on Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit chassis, and if you're converting a used van, we work on models 2020 and newer.

Absolutely. The first conversation is always free, always no-pressure. We'll talk about your use case, your budget, and figure out if we're the right fit. No commitment until you're ready.

Bookings usually run 6 to 9 months out. Contact us for current availability, smaller jobs can often slide in sooner. We build one van at a time, so the wait is real, and so is the attention your van gets when it's your turn.

Start with how you'll use the van, the floor plan follows from that. The Aleppo is our most versatile layout, it sleeps two and works for four. Cedar, Tamarack, and Juniper are on the way. And if no layout fits how you travel, that's exactly what full custom is for. Tell us your use case on the first call and we'll point you in the right direction.

A full custom conversion typically takes 8 to 12 weeks once your van is in the shop. Timeline depends on complexity, parts availability, and scope. We'll give you a realistic estimate upfront.

Yes, shop visits are welcome by appointment. We're in Prince Albert, SK, and we'd love to show you around. Can't make the drive? We send weekly photo updates and check in at the 25, 50, and 75 percent milestones, so you're never left wondering what your van looks like.

No. Never. We build with Baltic birch plywood, laminated on the gables and faces, with raw edges instead of edge banding. In a van you eventually catch the corner of a laminated edge, it peels, and then have fun fixing that. You get the same quality materials whether the build is $50,000 or $350,000.

We build on the Mercedes Sprinter (144 and 170 wheelbase) and the Ford Transit. If you're converting a used van, we work on models 2020 and newer. Not sure which chassis fits how you travel? Bring it up on the first call and we'll walk you through the trade-offs.

Yes. We're based in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and every conversion is built and tested for Canadian winters down to -25°C. Standard builds include 3M Thinsulate insulation and Espar diesel heat rated to -40°C, so the van stays livable through real cold. Tell us where you plan to travel and we'll spec insulation, heat, and water protection to match.

Sometimes. If you already own quality gear that fits the design, bring it up on the design call and we'll tell you straight whether it belongs in the build. We spec brands like Victron, Espar, and Rixens because we know exactly how they hold up, and we stand behind everything we install. If a part would compromise the system, we'll say so and explain why.

Talk to us as early as you can. Small changes can usually be worked in. Bigger layout changes after you've approved the design mean new design time and added cost. That's the whole reason we model the full layout and every cabinet in Fusion 360 before cutting a single piece of wood: you sign off on the exact van before we build it.
