Retail, grooming, coffee, services on wheels. We handle vehicle procurement, design, manufacturing, and delivery right to your door.
14+ Vans for One Franchise
When a franchise orders van after van from the same shop, that tells you something no brochure can. Consistent builds, consistent costs, consistent delivery dates. Every lane in our shop has someone accountable to it, and nothing is outsourced.
Every build ships with a printed owner's manual covering every system, every shutoff, and every part number. After delivery you get the same phone number the shop uses for itself, and we answer it. The same shop also builds custom camper van conversions, see our van conversion process for how a build comes together.

What's Different About a Commercial Build
Built for daily use
A recreational van works hard on weekends. A commercial van works hard every day. Materials, hinges, latches, and surfaces are specced for that reality.
Compliance know-how
Accessibility lifts, privacy requirements, easy-clean surfaces, secure storage for records and equipment. We've built for health regions and know what inspectors look for.
Scale + repeatability
CAD-designed in Fusion 360 means van #14 goes together from the same drawings as van #1. Same layout, same quality, and repeat builds typically get more cost-effective as the engineering is already done.
Off-grid capability
Victron power, off-grid heat and AC, four-season insulation. Your van works in places with no power supply, all winter long.
What Does a Commercial Van Cost?
Commercial upfits start at around $25,000 for a basic build and can run north of $200,000 depending on requirements. Fleet and franchise pricing depends on volume and spec, and we'll give you a real estimate, not a calculator guess.
Bookings usually run 6 to 9 months out, and smaller jobs can often slide in sooner. Contact us for current availability, or browse our vans for sale if you need a build sooner.
Commercial Van Conversion FAQ
How much does a commercial van conversion cost?
Pricing depends on the build and the volume. As a guide, our published ranges are CAD $50,000–$100,000 for a standard custom build, $100,000–$150,000 for semi-custom, and $150,000–$350,000 for full custom. Fleet and franchise pricing depends on volume and spec, and repeat builds typically get more cost-effective because the engineering is already done. We give you a real estimate, not a calculator guess.
How long does a commercial build take?
A typical build takes 8–12 weeks once the van is in our shop. Bookings usually run several months out, so the sooner you start the process, the sooner your van is in the queue. Fleet and franchise orders are scheduled around your rollout dates.
Which chassis can you build on?
We build on the Mercedes Sprinter (144 and 170 wheelbase) and the Ford Transit. We can source the right chassis for your use case or upfit a vehicle you already own.
Are your builds four-season and winter-capable?
Yes. Every van is built and tested for −25 °C Canadian winters, with four-season insulation, Victron power, and off-grid heat and AC so the vehicle works in places with no power supply, all winter long.
Can you meet compliance and accessibility requirements?
Yes. We build accessibility lifts, privacy provisions, easy-clean surfaces, and secure lockable storage for records and equipment. We have built for health regions and know what inspectors look for.
Can you build a whole fleet or a repeatable franchise spec?
Yes. Our builds are CAD-designed in Fusion 360, so van #14 goes together from the same drawings as van #1. We have delivered 14+ identical vans for a single franchise, each one matching the last, with consistent branding, costs, and timelines.
