PBCN Outreach Clinic · Sprinter 144
Commercial outreach
The PBCN Outreach Clinic is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 144 AWD mobile community health clinic built by 2Pines Upfitters in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, for Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation Health Services. The van carries the health team's Wellness on Wheels program, bringing community health services directly to PBCN communities instead of asking people to travel to a building.
The Story
Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation Health Services delivers community health programs for PBCN members. The Wellness on Wheels van lets the team take that work on the road: park in a community, open the side door, and run a clinic day right where people already are.
Inside, it works like a small clinic. A solid surface counter with a deep sink runs down one side, rolling exam stools move to wherever the work is, and fold-down tables with adjustable task lights handle exams, paperwork, or a laptop. Full-height cabinets with adjustable shelving keep supplies organized and behind closed doors, and the seamless sheet flooring wipes down fast between visits.
It's built to show up anywhere the health team needs it. The Sprinter sits on the AWD chassis, a SmartPlug shore power inlet lets the clinic plug in on site, and a powered roof fan keeps air moving with a full day of people coming through. The wrap does the rest of the talking: when the Wellness on Wheels van pulls into a community, everyone knows exactly who just arrived.
