Ears To You Mobile Audiometric Clinic · Sprinter 144
Commercial clinic
The Ears To You Mobile Audiometric Clinic is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 144 mobile audiometric testing vehicle built by 2Pines Upfitters in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. A mobile audiology van is exactly what it sounds like: a hearing clinic built into a van, with a sound-treated testing booth, a clinician workstation, and the power to run both, so hearing tests happen wherever the vehicle parks. This is the fourth unit we have built for Ears To You.
The Story
Ears To You delivers hearing testing and audiology services on the road instead of waiting for patients to find their way to a clinic. For a lot of people, a hearing test only happens if the test comes to them, and that is the entire point of a vehicle like this one. When the van pulls up, the clinic is open.
Inside, the van splits into two working zones. Up front is the clinician's station: a full-length counter with task lighting, locking Baltic birch drawer banks, outlets and USB at desk height, and a Victron touchscreen keeping tabs on the electrical system. At the back is the part that makes it an audiometric clinic, a sound-treated testing booth with fabric-lined walls, its own lighting and ventilation, and a window beside the door so the clinician can see the patient through the whole test.
Unit four is the quiet proof here. When an organization keeps bringing the same kind of vehicle back to the same shop, it means the layout works in the field and the build holds up to daily clinical use. By now this format is a known quantity for our crew: booth, workstation, wiring, cabinetry, all of it built, refined, and built again. If your organization needs a clinic that travels, that is exactly the kind of commercial work we do.
