Campervan Repairs, Installations & Upgrades
The same crew that builds our custom van conversions does the service work, in the same 5,500 sq ft shop. Quick installs, big upgrades, and the stuff you'd rather not drill into your van yourself.
Electrical Installations
Victron inverters, lithium battery bank upgrades, solar on Scanstrut roof mounts, Wake Speed alternator charging, shore power, 12V troubleshooting. If it has a fuse, we can install it, upgrade it, or find out why it quit.
Heating + Plumbing
Espar diesel heater installs rated to -40°C, Rixens hydronic upgrades, Nations water tanks and pumps, leak repairs, and winterization. Cold weather is our home turf.
Mechanical + Suspension
Agile Off-Road and Van Compass suspension kits, Owl Vans racks and ladders, awnings, flares, roof fans, and swivel seat installs. If it bolts to a van, we've probably installed one.
Repairs + Diagnostics
Warranty work, electrical gremlins, water system checks, squeak hunting, and preventative service before a big trip. We'd rather catch it in the shop than have it catch you on a forestry road.

Every 2Pines build carries a 12-month or 20,000 km craftsmanship warranty on the conversion, whichever comes first, and leaves with a printed owner's manual covering every system, shutoff, and part number. Manufacturer parts are covered by their makers, and we facilitate those claims for you. We can also help arrange specialty insurance for your converted van. We have had no major warranty claims in almost a decade, and the relationship does not end at twelve months. Whether it is 12 months or 120, you are part of the family, and you reach us on the same phone number the shop uses for itself.
