After delivery is where most builders go quiet. We don’t.
The same people who built your van are the same people who answer when you call about
it. That’s the part you don’t see in the brochure photos, and it’s the part that matters when
you’re parked somewhere remote at 2 AM with a question.
We've got you covered.
What you get on delivery day
Every 2Pines build ships with:
- A printed build brochure. Walks through your van system by system. Layout decisions, why we made them, what the trade-offs were. The reasoning is in there alongside the specs, so you’re never guessing why a switch is where it is.
- A full owner’s manual. Every shutoff, every fuse, every part number, and a clear “if this happens, do this” section for the systems people actually need to troubleshoot. Plumbing diagrams. Wiring diagrams. Heater service intervals. Battery cutoff locations. The manual lives in the van, not on a server you can’t reach.
- A direct phone number. Not a ticket form. Not a chatbot. The same number we answer when one of us is calling the shop from the road.

Serviceable Everywhere.
If something on the build needs attention, we look at it. We figure out what went wrong, we tell you what we found, and we make it right. The systems we install come with their own manufacturer warranties (heaters, lithium batteries, water pumps), and we coordinate those claims for you so you do not sit on hold with the heater company.
The work we did with our own hands is on us. The way it gets resolved depends on what it is, where you are, and what makes sense. We have shipped parts overnight to clients on the other side of the country and no matter what, make it right. Our clients come first!
Routine Maintenance is easy.
After 1 year, 3 years, 5 years
A van that has lived through a Canadian winter or two has a few things worth checking.
Heater fuel filters. Plumbing connections that have ridden through a thousand pressure cycles. Batteries. Caulk and sealant. Everything needs to be checked at some point!
Reach out when you are due for an annual check or when something feels off. We will tell you what is worth doing yourself, what is worth a local shop, and what we would rather see in our bay.
