Bookings usually run 6 to 9 months out. Contact us for current availability, smaller jobs can often slide in sooner.
Typical build time is 8 to 12 weeks once your van is in our Prince Albert shop. Custom van conversions range from $50,000 to $350,000 CAD, plus the chassis, depending on the layout and systems you choose:
- Standard custom $50,000–$100,000 CAD
- Semi-custom $100,000–$150,000 CAD
- Full custom $150,000–$350,000 CAD

Consultation.
The first conversation is free, and it does a lot of heavy lifting. Fill out the Start Your Build form and we'll book a call within 48 hours. Thirty minutes or so, no script, no pressure.
We ask a lot of questions, because the answers become the design brief. Who's sleeping in the van, where you'll take it in February, how much water you actually use, whether the dog comes along. How you'll use it and what you want to spend shape every decision that follows, so we'd rather ask now than guess later.
By the end of the call you'll know whether we're the right fit, roughly what your build will cost, and where you'd land in the queue. When you're ready to move forward, a deposit secures your spot and we start designing.

Design.
Every van we build gets designed in Fusion 360 before we cut a single piece of wood. The full layout, every cabinet, and the metal fab work, modeled in 3D on your exact chassis.
We walk through the layout together, from every angle. Two or three rounds of revisions is normal at this stage. Move the galley, stretch the bed, rethink the drawer placement. Build.
Your van, built one at a time in our Prince Albert shop. No production line. The same small crew takes it from bare metal to finished build.
Once your van is in the shop, plan on 8 to 12 weeks depending on complexity, scope, and parts availability. We give you a realistic estimate upfront, and if something shifts, you hear it from us first.
You're never left wondering where things stand. We send weekly photo updates and check in at the major milestones. Want to see it in person? Come by. Shop visits are welcome.

Delivery.
Delivery day is a full walkthrough, not a handshake in the parking lot. We go system by system, Victron electrical, Espar heat, water, solar, until you're comfortable running all of it yourself.
You drive away with the keys in your hand, an owner's manual in the glovebox, and our shop number in your pocket. And because your electrical system is built on Victron, we can connect remotely to diagnose most issues wherever you're parked.
The warranty record speaks for itself. No major warranty claims in almost a decade. If anything ever feels off, call us first and we'll sort it out.

Yes. Every conversion is built and tested for Canadian winters down to −25 °C. We build in Saskatchewan, so four-season capability is engineered in from the start, not added as an afterthought.
You do. We can guide you on what to look for and help source a vehicle, but the van purchase is separate from the conversion. This keeps things transparent and gives you more control.
