We plan the interior in CAD before manufacturing, then build the cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, heating and storage systems as one vehicle. That matters in a small space. A change to the bed affects the garage. The garage affects the utilities. The utilities affect weight, service access and where everything else can live.
For northern Saskatchewan travel, four-season capability is often less about chasing extreme temperatures and more about extending the useful season. Proper heat, ventilation, insulation and protected plumbing make cold spring mornings and late fall weekends much easier. Power capacity should match the fridge, lights, devices, cooking and work equipment you actually bring. More battery is useful when the loads justify it. Otherwise it is expensive weight.

We build custom vans and offer spec layouts as starting points. Both use the same approach to materials and construction. A simpler van has fewer components. It should not have lower standards where the client cannot see them.

Yes. For northern Saskatchewan, four-season is often about extending the useful season. We design insulation, Espar diesel heat, ventilation, protected plumbing and Victron power as one system, sized to how cold you actually plan to travel.
